Michelle is an experienced Corporate Paralegal with over 20 years of public company experience, primarily within the mining industry. Prior to joining Sentinel, Michelle was the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Oniva Group of Resource Companies and Achieve Life Sciences (formerly OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals), and Legal Assistant with TimberWest Forest Corp., and SSR.
Michelle has been involved in all aspects of the administration of publicly listed companies including corporate transactions, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and corporate records.
