Marlis is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in building and leading teams. She has a sophisticated knowledge of public companies, capital markets, IPO’s, equity financing, and financial and regulatory reporting.

Marlis specializes in the small to mid-cap space and knows firsthand the importance of people resources for growing companies. She is committed to assisting these companies in leveling the playing field by bringing a competitive, experienced team focused on quality.

Work life integration is essential for Marlis – with three active children and a love of sport, she thrives with many balls in the air. Marlis enjoys skiing, playing volleyball and tennis and is excited to be able to travel with her family again.
